Katrina was born in Boone, NC, where she later returned and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Appalachian State University in 2009. She obtained a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir Rhyne University in 2013. She currently holds a LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist) Licensure as well as LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) Licensure. She is currently President of the CVACT (Catawba Valley Association of Counselors and Therapist).
Katrina has worked in this field for over 10 years growing a passion for the helping profession and wanting to guide people to make a change in their lives. For the past 5 years she has also began helping people achieve this through fitness. She is also the owner of C7 Fitness studios and is certified in PiYo (pilates and yoga fusion). She resides in Hickory, NC with her husband, son, and their spoiled pets.
Nancy J. Smith
LCSW
Nancy J. Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been providing mental health services for almost 15 years to the eastern Wake County communities of Zebulon, Wendell, Knightdale and surrounding counties. She presently provides counseling for people 18+ through tele-health, which can be from anywhere in North Carolina. She is on most insurance panels, is considered a generalist, utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is focusing on continuing education courses around trauma, pet grief and in past, equine therapy.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from NC State University, a Master of Social Work Degree from East Carolina University and is a long-standing member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Nancy enjoys anything outside, hiking, time with family, has many animals and will one day live/travel in a tiny home.

Lori McPherson
LCSW, C-SWHC
Lori is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She obtained a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from East Carolina University in 1997 and later earned a Master’s of Social Work Degree in 2004 there as well.
She is a Certified Social Worker in Healthcare (C-SWHC) and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
She has her background of working with various populations throughout my career. Her particular interest include helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, grief and life changes.
She looks forward to partnering with you and together we can work on strategies to help you meet your goals.
